The Benefits of Mindfulness In-Person

Research shows that mindfulness meditation helps reduce stress and anxiety, lessen depression, and enhance overall mental, emotional and physical well-being. In this 90 minute experiential workshop participants will learn all the tools necessary to establish a regular mindfulness practice and begin to enjoy these many benefits.
Presenter: Rhea Zweifler, LCSW is mental health counselor and community educator in Rochester, NY. She has worked for more than twenty years in college mental health settings, providing individual and group counseling, workshops in a variety of wellness topics, and instruction in mindfulness.
