Healthy Eating When You're Gluten Free! In-Person

Join us for our next Got Health talk, where we'll learn more about healthy eating when you're following a gluten free diet. Our presenter is Zoe Mahlum, a clinical dietician at the Center for Community Health & Prevention, University of Rochester Medical Center. She will discuss what gluten is, where it's found, why go gluten free, how to shop for gluten free products, tips for healthy eating, and ways to go further with food.

Everyone is welcome to attend this free health talk. There will be light snacks and a free raffle drawing, with prizes provided by our partners at the Center for Community Health & Prevention. No registration is required.
