Rochester During World War II In-Person
In 1939 the world was thrown into a second global war. Although the United States did not enter the war until December 1941, Rochester was quick to rally around the flag. Historian Dan Cody will discuss all the ways our city contributed to the war effort, offering up lives, material, and money to the cause, and earning the designation of All American Patriotic City.
