INTRODUCTION TO CANVA

Librarian Stephanie Hranjec will offer a hands-on introductory experience to Canva.com, a graphic design website. It is considered one of the best design tools for non-professionals and professionals alike. The user chooses among thousands of layouts and starts designing based on drag-and-drop principle. You can change color, text fonts, backgrounds, or add frames, shapes, and above all enjoy your creativity.

Canva is perfect for making beautiful posters, invitations, cards, logos, photo collages, certificates, bookmarks, website graphics, calendars, and more. The tools can be used for both web and print media design and graphics. The website also offers tutorials that can teach and inspire you to produce a better art design. The class will cover the “free” features of the website. You don’t need to be an artist to enjoy this class!
