Health Care Navigator - Bilingual In-Person

A navigator from LawNY will be on site to assist in obtaining health insurance during the open enrollment period.  No appointments are necessary, first come, first serve. 

Please bring a photo ID, the previous year's tax return, and birth dates and social security numbers for all dependents. 

The navigator speaks English and Spanish.
