Yoga: Postures to Keep you Strong, Upright and Balanced

Genevra Petito, owner-operator of Supergirl Fitness will introduce you the three most important yoga postures to keep you strong, upright and balanced your whole life long! We'll focus on Leg Stretch, Cobra, Triangle - plus Mountain Pose! This yoga class would be appropriate for active older adults with good body awareness that have the ability to get up and down from the floor as well as hold themselves on "all fours" (hands and knees). It would also be appropriate for “non-seniors” that want a non-competitive yoga class.  Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Please sign up to attend.
