Understanding Dementia Related Behaviors In-Person

The Alzheimer's Association continues their free education series with a helpful class on how to handle challenging behaviors brought on by dementia. Changes in the brain also mean changes in behavior, such as repetitive actions, aggression, wandering, agitation, and suspicious thoughts. We will learn about possible reasons for such behaviors and how to manage them. Please consider registering for this free class by calling the Alzheimer’s Association at 1-800-272-3900.

If you would like to attend but need someone to stay at home with your loved one who has dementia, call 1-800-272-3900 to arrange free in-home respite care during the class with at least one week's advance notice.
