Art of Listening In-Person
Take this opportunity to experience a talking circle and learn how to communicate in respectful and meaningful ways in an open discussion about group selected topics.
Talking circles are an ancient way for communities to share information, come together, and make decisions. This one is facilitated by Mariella Meinhold of Partners in Restorative Initiatives. Registration requested.

Shared work can include stories, novels, poems, screenplays, nonfiction, etc. Group writing exercises are sometimes included to practice particular writing techniques. Participants keep comments and presented material age-appropriate if younger writers are present.
Meetings are the 3rd (or 4th) Mondays of each month. No registration.
