Health Care Navigator - Bilingual In-Person
A certified application counselor will be on site to assist in obtaining health insurance during the open enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act. No appointments are necessary, first come, first serve. The navigator speaks Spanish and English.
Please bring a photo ID, the previous year's tax return, and birth dates and social security numbers for all dependents.
