Rush Readers' Book Club In-Person
Our Rush Bicentennial selection will be Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen published after her death in late December 1817. It is a satire of the Gothic novels that were popular in the late 1700s. The main character, Catherine, entertains us as she gains experiences and discovers that she is not like other women who crave wealth or social acceptance. Join us for coffee, dessert, and lively discussion. Register in advance.
