Got Health: Stress Management
Are you worried? Feeling stressed out? Then please join us for our next Got Health talk, and learn tips for handling these negative thoughts so they don't take over! Our speaker will be Dr. Kevin A. Coffey, a licensed clinical social worker and clinical access coordinator for Strong Behavioral Health & Wellness at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He will discuss mindfulness, how to change our thoughts and behaviors, and new approaches to try.
No prior registration is required for this free health talk. Everyone is welcome to bring their own lunch, or grab one of the light snacks provided. There will also be a free raffle drawing at the end of the program, with prizes generously provided by our partners at the Center for Community Health & Prevention. We hope to see you there!
