One-On-One NYS Healthcare Marketplace Assistance In-Person
Open enrollment for the NYS Healthcare Marketplace is November 1, 2017—January 31, 2018. Sign up for assistance to meet with a health care navigator. Please bring ID, the previous year’s tax return, and the social security numbers and birth dates for all members of your family you will be enrolling. Registration required by calling (585) 249-5481 to set up an appointment.
