An Introduction to Feldenkrais: Pain Relief Through Mind/Body Awareness In-Person

Please join us for a free introduction to the Feldenkrais Method, taught by Sam Nelson, Ph.D., a Guild Certified Feldenkrais instructor in private practice in Rochester, NY. The Feldenkrais method uses slow, gentle movements to help people learn self-awareness and improve mobility. Often, chronic pain may arise from poor movement patterns and tension in the body. By relearning our movements, we can increase our range of motion, heal from injuries, and reduce everyday aches and discomforts.

This will be an active class, meaning that you will have the chance to get up and engage in these movements for yourself! Registration is strongly suggested.
