Got Health: How's Your "Sugar?" In-Person
Are you or someone you love at risk for diabetes? Many are, but don't know it!
Please join us for this next Got Health talk, presented by Elizabeth McKinley, nurse practitioner at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She will discuss who gets diabetes, how this disease is prevented, how to tell if you have it, and how to live with it.
No prior registration is required! Feel free to bring your lunch, or grab one of the light snacks provided. This Got Health talk will be followed by a free raffle drawing, with prizes provided by our partners at the Center for Community Health & Prevention. We hope to see you there!
