Estate Planning In-Person
This free course will cover the basics of estate planning, roles and responsibilities of the executor, and the estate administration process. We will cover terms such as probate, letters testamentary and gross taxable estate. This class will show ways to simplify your estate and minimize potential taxation, plus explain living trusts and their characteristics.
