Tax Assistance Program
The Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County is partnering with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance to host the Facilitated Self-Assistance (FSA) Program. The FSA Program provides volunteers who will come to the Central Library to provide assistance for people filing their 2017 individual income taxes. The program will provide laptops for filing and the FSA volunteers will be there to provide assistance and to answer questions. This service will be provided on Wednesdays during the 2018 tax season. All sessions of this FREE service will be held in the Business and Social Sciences Division on the 4th floor of the Bausch & Lomb Public Library building. Appointments may be scheduled in advance by calling the Business Division at 585-428-8130. Walk-ins are also welcome.
