Introduction to Mindfulness

 This program will be held in two sessions; March 8 and on March 26. ( On March 26, it will be held in the evening at 6:30 p.m.)

In this hour long experiential workshop, participants will learn all the tools necessary to establish a regular mindfulness practice and

begin to enjoy these many benefits.
