Sushi Roll 101 In-Person
Learn a Quick "sushi 101" with Local Chef Kimberly Roth of the Bamboo Panda Catering Company and finalist on Hell's Kitchen!
Class includes one sushi roll of your choice (veggie or seafood) and a sushi kit for you to bring home. Learn how to make your own sushi roll made with fresh locally-sourced ingredients.
Sushi kit includes a bamboo rolling mat, reusable chopsticks and priceless knowledge from the "SushiQueen" herself!!
Registration begins May 1 and is limited to 20 people.
Please note if you are waitlisted, the library will contact you with an update if a spot becomes available for you.
