Legal Considerations for Starting a Small Business In-Person

Please join us at the Central Library for our First Wednesday's Small Business workshop! This month, Carla Vazquez, Certified Business Advisor, and Jon Lazenby, Attorney, will present "Legal Considerations
for Starting a Small Business." Mr. Lazenby's legal practice specializes in counseling small businesses.

Those attending will learn about key basic legal issues that need to be addressed when starting a small business.

Topics discussed will include choice of business entity, tax considerations, intellectual property, contracts and more. The program is appropriate for both first-time entrepreneurs and those who have recently started
a small business.
