Beginner-Friendly Yoga Class

Celebrate International Yoga Day with a beginner-friendly yoga class for adults and teens taught by certified yoga teacher Katie M. Take time for yourself to get out of your head and into your body and breath. No experience is required and the class is free. Bring a mat if you have one, otherwise you can borrow one from us. Class is limited to 15 participants, and registration is required.
