PlayROCs on Monroe Avenue In-Person
#PLAYROCS Your Neighborhood! Join the Monroe Branch Library & Monroe Family YMCA in the Monroe YMCA Parking Lot or meet up with groups at any of the 40 neighborhood, block club, church, library, or community organization sites! The Monroe Avenue contingent will have a sweet obstacle course, sensory games, a "farmers' market" play station, musical instruments, chalk to draw, a community craft project, healthy snacks, plenty of water to drink, and more!! Energetic and responsible teen leaders from the Monroe YMCA's Teen City will be helping out with all the fun. There will also be an opportunity to sign a petition for safer places to play in the city and to learn more about how to get involved with speaking at City Council for safer neighborhoods!
