Introduction to Mindfulness In-Person
Research shows that mindfulness meditation helps reduce stress and anxiety, lessen depression, and enhance overall well-being. This hour-long experiential workshop is presented by Rhea Zweifler, LCSW. Zweifler is a local mental health counselor and community health educator with over 20 years experience.
