Hands-Only CPR for Children and Infants
On Wednesday, October 24th from 5pm to 6pm, join American Heart Association certified nursing staff from the University of Rochester / Highland Hospital for a demonstration of hands-only CPR for children and infants. Procedures for dealing with infant and child choking will also be reviewed (time permitting). Nursing staff will not be issuing certification cards, but this will be a review of crucial information for parents and caregivers. This program is free and open to the public, maximum of 25 participants. A kid-friendly program will be running at the same time! Please call 428-8206 to sign up.
