Chef Jeffory McLean, or Cheffory as he is often referred, is a Culinary Concierge & Educator that loves to share his passion of food and its importance in your life. He will empower you with the knowledge to prepare culinary creations for you and your family. His unique and engaging lecture style will be evident to you during his warm up speech!

A 2nd generation Chef, Jeffory began working in the industry at age 12 and was influenced by the first of the true culinary television personalities like Graham Kerr, Julia Child, Jeff Smith, and Martin Yan. Cheffory has held virtually every position in the Restaurant industry including Competition Barbecue Chef, Private Chef and Finger Lakes Community College Culinary Arts Lab Instructor. He has instructed over 3,000 Culinary classes and has educated over 50,000 students in proper culinary techniques.

Cheffory is a Lifetime Learner who's culinary focus includes competition BBQ, regional Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin & Bread Baking.
