Mama's Marinara In-Person

What is your most treasured, tried and true red sauce recipe?! Join us with Chef Jeffory McLean to learn the origins of marinara sauce dating back several generations and the various techniques he's learned from his mother's kitchen and along the way as a well-seasoned culinary chef. Chef Jeffory will be demonstrating his version of Mama's Marinara and provide samples for the class to enjoy. This is a great opportunity to share stories about your recipes and what they mean to you!

Registration is required.

Prior to the class, send in your recipe by Saturday, February 9th and the library will compile everyone's go-to recipes for each participant to take home. Submit your recipe to anna.souannavong@libraryweb.org or drop off a copy at the library.
