Persepolis -- Lyell Adult Book Club In-Person
Come pick up your copy of Persepolis: The Story of a Childhood along with an accompanying reading guide! This graphic novel is an autobiographical series of comics by Marjane Satrapi that depict her childhood up to her early adult years in Iran and Austria during and after the Islamic Revolution. The story has since been adapted to an animated film that came out in 2007.
Register below, as supplies are limited. Arrive to the library anytime between 11AM and 6PM to pick up your materials! We will have a group discussion on November 28th at 4:30PM here Lyell.
