Before the demolition of the Rochester’s RKO Palace Theatre in 1965, the Mighty Wurlitzer Opus 1951 theatre organ – designed to accompany silent films with music and sound effects – was rescued and moved to the RBTL’s Auditorium Theatre. Members of the Rochester Theatre Organ Society Chris VanStean, Tim Wagner, and Gary Brumbaugh will conduct the presentation.
