Genealogy Group - The Erie Canal: The key to understanding why we live in the Empire State In-Person
Timothy McDonnell is a long-time member of The Osher Lifelong Learning Institure at RIT. He has led many different courses on a variety of topics there. He is also the Coordinator of the New York Geographic Alliance and a part-time professor at Monroe Community College. Teaching about geography, especially about New York State, is his passion. Tim McDonnell believes that the Erie Canal is the key to understanding why we are living in the Empire State.
