Let Our Children Soar! In-Person
Bolgen Vargas, former superintendent of the Rochester City School District and Manchester, NH schools, grew up in a small rural hamlet in the Dominican Republic. In the pages of his book Let Our Children Soar!, he reflects on what educators can do to promote the success of the many thousands of English language learners in our area.
