Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body In-Person
LOCATION CHANGE: Due to water damage in our meeting room. This program will be held in the town board meeting room. Science is now able to provide insights into how lifestyle choices may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet, nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement, plus use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. Presented by Brian Potvin from the Alzheimer's Association on Wednesday, March 27th at 2:00 PM in the town board meeting room. Please register in advance for this program.
