All about the April 8th Total Solar Eclipse In-Person

Next month on April 8, the sun and moon will align for a total solar eclipse in Rochester NY, the first in over 100 years.  The last eclipse seen here in 2017 appeared as a partial eclipse but this time we will see the main event as the track of totality passes right over the city. Join NASA Solar System Ambassador Jim Porter to discover the exciting, once in a lifetime opportunity that awaits us next month.

About our presenter: Jim Porter worked for over two decades as an aerospace engineer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA and Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. His presentations are popular, engaging and easy to listen to for all levels.
