ECLIPSE: Lunar Yoga Class In-Person
Bring the soft qualities of the moon into your body, with this gentle, fulfilling yoga class. Subtle movement, passive stretching, and long-held restorative poses will leave you feeling held, supported, and unbelievably calm. Bring a yoga mat and as many blankets as you can carry -- for your ultimate comfort! Prior yoga experienced is strongly encouraged for this class.
Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
All registrants will receive one pair of Eclipse Glasses at the conclusion of the program. You must stay for the entirety of the program.
