Hochstein Modern Dance Class In-Person
The class begins with a gentle warm-up that combines floorwork and center exercises, which will move into phrases across the floor and final choreography in the center of the space. Throughout the class, you'll be introduced to a diverse movement vocabulary influenced by various modern dance styles such as Fagan, Horton, and Graham techniques. By emphasizing precise skills and attention to detail, we aim to strengthen your body while enhancing flexibility and coordination. For ages 7-17.
