Art Therapy: Create Personal Art that Helps You De-Stress In-Person
This class is about teaching individuals how to express themselves through art, by putting their feelings on canvas and then exploring their finished products and seeing how it relates to what they are feeling. Art can be an expression of self and we all know how complicated "self" can be sometimes. The class allows you to just be you without the complications of life! "Create what you feel and feel what you create!" You don't need to be an artist or have any artistic training to take this class. Rachel Ortiz will provide acrylics, metallic color markers, and acrylic markers. She will also have items such as seashells, colored beads, feathers, and other items to create unique designs. You can also bring things that have special meaning to you.
