Summer Mindfulness

Laura Gavigan will provide an overview of Mindfulness integrating outdoor and Summer seasonal themes/practices. All sessions and activities will be planned outdoors, weather permitting, with alternative indoor space provided if needed.
Mindful Matters will Provide:
● Journals
● Journal prompts/quotes
● Seed packets
● Treats for Mindful Eating (TBD)

Week 3, June 20
● Opening Meditation: Grounding with Waves
● Check-in
● Gentle Chair Yoga/Stretching
● Guided Imagery
● Closing Meditation with Journaling Reflection
