Summer Foraging: Learn to Identify and Locate Wild Mushrooms & Edible Plants🍄🌿🌼🍄🌿 In-Person
Spend an evening with MaryJo Lane of MJ Creative Gardens, as your guide to finding and foraging wild edibles.
Follow along a colorful PowerPoint with tips and techniques to discover culinary and medicinal fungal favorites such as Chicken-of-the woods, Oyster, Chaga and Turkey-tail mushrooms. Learn about wild edible herbs and flowers to add to your culinary creations, teas and herbal medicinals. Plus discuss their benefits, nutrition and risks.
🍄This fun evening will include a demonstration and free raffle drawings of herbal & mushroom gifts! 🌼🌿
You are invited to bring a sample or photo of any recent "foraged find" you would like to share with the group.
