Heart Healthy Online
Discover how simple food choices can improve your heart health. Join Alyssa VanValkenburg, Cornell Cooperative Extension's Nutrition Educator on Zoom to learn about essential nutrients, delicious recipes, and practical tips for incorporating heart-healthy eating into your daily life on Wednesday, September 11th at 6:30 PM. This program will be hosted online by the Henrietta Library. Please register in advance. Your zoom link will be sent on the day of the program. This class is available thanks to a consortium of MCLS libraries who are sharing resources and connecting communities.
