Friends of PPL Used Book Sale: open to public
The 47th Annual Book Sale is here!
Great books, puzzles, games, DVDs, and CDs in many genres are organized in several rooms at the Penfield Public Library and Recreation Center by the Friends of Penfield Public Library. Mark your calendar and grab your bags!
Payment in cash or check is appreciated to avoid fees, but credit cards and PayPal will also be accepted. No strollers, food, or beverages on the sales floor, please. Friends members get special access on the first day of the sale - FPPL membership: renew/join early or at the door ($5 per individual/senior couple, $10 per family)
Book Sale Dates:
Tuesday, September 10 (Friends members): 12 PM-8 PM
Wednesday, September 11 (general public): 10 AM-8 PM
Thursday, September 12 (general public): 10 AM-8 PM
Friday, September 13 (half-price day): 10 AM-6 PM
Saturday, September 14* ($5/bag day): 9 AM-12 PM
*Teachers with a valid teacher ID can come at 11 AM on Saturday to snag books for free!
Prices:
Hardcover & adult soft cover: $2
Children/Young Adult soft cover: $1
Specials as marked
Puzzles: $2
CD/DVD: $1 or as marked
Proceeds benefit the Penfield Public Library.
