Rise and Shine: Learn to go from sitting to standing with more ease and confidence In-Person
Seniors and anyone interested in learning to stand up out of a chair with less effort should join Lisa at the Pinehurst Senior Living Community for an intro to Feldenkrais Workshop. All welcome.
