Physical Challenges & Creative Opportunities

Physical Challenges & Creative Opportunities In-Person / Online

On November 6th, find out how an artist can paint without eyesight or make huge works of art from bed. Guided by Joyce, this Zoom event will highlight Lee Krasner, Henri Matisse, Frida Kahlo, and others whose physical challenges sparked creativity and innovative adaptive processes leading to the creation of masterpieces.

We are continuing our free art lessons with Joyce Raimondo, Education Coordinator with the Pollock-Krasner House & Study Center, established to promote scholarship in 20th century American Art. Please register for a seat in person or online for these hybrid events taking place on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM. Your Zoom link will be sent on the day of each class.
