Meditation Monday at the Mendon Public Library: Mindful Monday In-Person
In-Person Teens and Adults
Do you feel the everyday stress and want to feel more relaxed? Have you wanted to try meditation and feel you would enjoy being in a room with others during meditation? Would you like to be present in a guided meditation? This class will allow you to set your worries aside, as we go into a journey of meditation. You will be in a place that is safe, supported and loved. Come join us for guided meditation, mindfulness, and breathing exercises. Wendy Stumpf is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, RYT-200, and an early childhood educator. Registration is required for this class. Sponsored by The Friends of Mendon Public Library.
