For October, you have the choice of reading one or both of the grim short story selections from our Local History collection. Murder, Mayhem & Madness by Michael Keene presents thirteen true stories of the dark side of WNY history.  Murder & Mayhem in Mendon and Honeoye Falls by Diane Ham and Lynne Menz unearths a dark and violent past from a village once nicknamed “Murderville”. Join us for discussion and dessert at 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 24th in the library meeting room, if you dare!  Please register in advance.
