Helping Wartime Allies with Keeping our Promise

Helping Wartime Allies with Keeping our Promise In-Person

Keeping Our Promise is a local non-profit with a mission to provide comprehensive resettlement assistance to endangered wartime allies who served U.S. interests in conflict and war zones. Executive Director, Ellen Smith, will share what qualifies a person to resettle with a Special Immigrant Visa, how long wartime allies generally wait to resettle, and what KOP is doing locally to provide a solid foundation for successful integration into the Rochester community.

Registration is required. Please register here: https://websterlibrary.libcal.com/event/13141130

Throughout the months of October and November, they will be accepting technology devices you no longer need. Your donations will allow Keeping Our Promise to bridge the gap in the information age for our newly resettled friends by giving them access to the tools needed to go to school, work, and stay connected with family they have been separated from.
