Holiday Mindfulness In-Person

The holiday season takes a lot out of us, mindfulness helps. In this program, specifically designed to help manage holiday stress, participants will be introduced to easy, every day mindful meditation skills for the holiday season and beyond. Laura Gavigan will provide a 60-minute overview of everyday, practical and informal mindful meditation practice when there’s just no time for it, especially during the holiday season.
• An opening grounding meditation will integrate and encourage acceptance,
compassion and space for ourselves.
• Discussion about everyday and “stealth” mindfulness.
•Mindful Holiday Eating (to savor and enjoy)
• Closing meditation and journal prompt
• Laura will provide journals and the snacks for the mindful eating practice.
