Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga In-Person

Chair yoga utilizes a chair as a supportive tool. We will connect breath to movement using modified yoga poses. This 45 minute practice will improve mobility, range of motion and balance! While most poses will be seated in the chair, some will have standing positions. As always all poses can be modified to meet your needs. Bring a pillow or cushion if you'd like, as the chair is not padded.

This is one of four sessions -- you are welcome to come to all four, but you must register for each class separately. If you find that you can't attend, please cancel your registration to allow us to activate our waiting list.
