An Exploration of 18th Century Fashion with Brandon W. Brooks In-Person
Join us at 2pm Friday, January 31st, to hear curator Brandon W. Brooks of Genesee Country Village & Museum talk about the heights of 18th-century fashion. See extant original garments from the 18th century from stays (corsets), brilliantly embroidered waistcoats and breeches, and even gowns of silk. This talk will also feature a get-ready-with me component where the audience may try on reproductions of 18th-century garments. How will you look in panniers or a stays? Join us to discover more!
