Homeschool Hour: Cornell Cooperative Extension: Why do Seeds Travel?* In-Person

This month we will have Cornell Cooperative Extension come and do a program on seeds! Most flowers have seeds, fruits too. During this hands-on, STEM activity participants will learn about different types of seeds and how and why those seeds move. They will then have the opportunity to build and test a seed that will effectively move by wind, water, or animal.

A monthly program with space for homeschool families to interact, engage, and utilize the resources Seymour Library can offer our community through materials and additional programs to enhance learning. Open to homeschool families with children aged 5-12.

*Registration required. Please register EACH participating child individually.
