Birds of Creativity Workshop

Birds of Creativity Workshop In-Person / Online

How do artists portray the imagery and symbolism of birds in creative ways? Following a presentation featuring Lee Krasner, Paul Klee, Hilma Klimt and other modern artists, create a painting or drawing using bird imagery as a springboard for imagination. Have drawing or paint supplies on hand. Photograph of a bird is optional.

We are continuing our free art lessons with Joyce Raimondo, exceptional Education Coordinator with the Pollock-Krasner House & Study Center. You can choose in-person or Zoom for these hybrid events on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM. Joyce will provide encouraging and critical feedback of your work during each session. *Please register in advance for each class and note the list of supplies you will need each time, whether attending in-person or via Zoom. Your Zoom link will be sent on the day of each class, so check your email & spam folder.
