In this digital literacy workshop, attendees will learn how to access and navigate their patient portals in MyCare and MyChart, such as how to communicate with a provider using secure messaging, access your test results, complete forms, view appointments, and request prescription refills. To access your patient portal, you will need a device like a smartphone, computer, or tablet. Attendees may want to bring one of those devices with them to the workshop if possible.
