Intro to Mindfulness! In-Person
The health benefits of mindfulness are almost too many to list here: stress reduction, improved mental clarity, better sleep, pain management, a boosted immune system...there is no end to the positive applications you can find with a well-rounded mindfulness practice!
Join us in welcoming Aubree Guiffre, PhD as she teaches us about the foundations of mindfulness through focused practice on breath, thoughts, emotions, movement, and communication. This program is perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their mindfulness practice.
Chairs will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own cushions, mats, or bolsters if they have them.
